We ship via FedEx and offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping. We also offer FedEx 2 day and Overnight delivery options.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened product within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund of purchase price (less return shipping charges and a 15% restock fee).  Purchaser will be refunded AFTER Vandal Guard-USA receives the unopened product.  Vandal Guard-USA will pay the return shipping costs and waive the restock fee if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item - please see our Quality Guarantee).  If there is a perceived product defect: 1) Contact Vandal Guard-USA with the following information: Lot # and Description of Defect. 2) We will request a sample be sent to Vandal Guard USA for quality evaluation. A RMA # will be assigned and must be displayed on the returned material. 3) Upon receipt and inspection Purchaser will be notified if credit/refund will be issued.  You should expect to receive your refund within 2-4 weeks of Vandal Guard receiving your package from the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process and evaluate your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:  Please sign for packages as damaged if any damage is suspected before accepting packages & notify us immediately so we can make the appropriate freight claim.  Failure to do so may result in claims being denied.
